Semi-automatic station to carry out leak down test, electric wiring and light intensity tests for Opel rear light lamps
The machine carries out several consequent control operations testing completely assembled car rear lamps.

- Two-circuit measuring device carrying leak down test using over-pressure or vacuum techniques (optional)
- Light lamp functionality electrical test
- Camera system test to measure light functions of the lamps
- Replaceable assembly jig kit
- Siemens control system
- Traceability system and data communication with a data storage buffer
